Requirements:
- Every player must enter their ID1 and ID2 (From MOSS) to their registration.
- Players that have been banned are NOT allowed to participate in any competition on Fast Cup.


Moss Anti-Cheat:
- Moss Anti-Cheat must be used at all times for all matches played on Fast Cup.
- Moss must be updated on the latest version.

Checking when was running Moss:
- Before you should use Check tool on Help->Check to be sure the zip file is OK. In the logfile you can see time and date when did Moss started and stopped running.

 

Moss In-Game Rules:
- You must run Moss on the computer you use to play the match on.
- If you have black screenshots, make sure you read the Moss Support thread.
- There must be a continuous flow of screenshots during the match.
- Admins must also run Moss.


Server Settings:
- For Fast Cup match must be played on scr_hardcore 1 with scr_sd_scorelimit 12.

- scr_team_fftype 0
- scr_sd_timelimit 1.75


Match Rules:
- Teams must play using a 5 players. If at any point a team drops below this minimum number of players,the team will continue to play the match with below minimum number. If you leave the match then you CANNOT dispute for this after.
- A team may substitute a player at any time during the match as long as the player is listed on the team's roster. If the player is not on the roster's team (mixer) team will get penalty and player who mixed will get blacklisted.
- Server admins may not kick any player from the server without the permission of at least one player from team.
- Teams must be on same Teamspeak IP and the IP will be given by Admin.

 

No Shows and Not Ready:
- Once a match is accepted, it must be played. If a team fails to show or be ready within 30 minutes of the match accept time listed on the match page or cannot play, the opposing team may claim a forfeit win.
- If teams agree to play the match at a later date and schedule in advance, please write so in the match comments.


Maps:
The following maps may be played on Fast Cup match:
- mp_backlot
- mp_broadcast
- mp_crash
- mp_crossfire
- mp_citystreets (district)
- mp_strike
- mp_vacant

 

Match setting:
- All matches will be played on BO1 system, except final match. 
- Final match will be played on BO3 system.
- First teams will play knife round (on map mp_crossfire) for choosing first map which they wont play.


Server Crashes:
- If the server crashes during the game, you are to continue from the previous round played. If the match is 3 rounds or less in, then the map is to be restarted.

 

Disallowed Perks
The following perks are disallowed on Fast Cup match:
- Grenade Launcher (GL)
- Juggernaut (JUGG)
- Last Stand (LS)
- Martyrdom (MARTY)
- RPG-7


Illegal Scripts & Binds:
- Scripts, macros and
 switch class binds are not allowed. VSTR commands may remain in your config only if they are not bound to any key. Binded VSTR commands are illegal and may result in a forfeit loss. EXEC binds may be used. r_lodscalerigid 1, any more then 2, 3 or 4 player will get warned, using it persistently after being warned player will get backlisted.

 

Illegal Files:
- ALL matches are to be played with the generic Call of Duty 4 files. Players found with any tweaked files, or non-generic files (e.g. skins, audio, etc.) will be blacklisted.


Third Party Programmes:
- Using any third party software (e.g. nVidia Control Panel or RivaTuner) to tweak graphics settings to give an advantage are NOT allowed. The most common example of this is ambient occlusion.


Bugs and Glitches:
- It is NOT permitted for any user to take advantage of map bugs (for example elevators, outside the boundaries of the map, under the map and so forth) or glitches during a match.
- Glitching is defined as moving or seeing through or over a physical object and is NOT permitted.
- The use of silent drops is permitted but only in the case of known silent drops.
- Players are only allowed to bounce to places which can be reached without the use of a bounce. Bouncing to roofs and balconies which are unreachable in a normal way is prohibited.
- Straight forward jumps and those that do not involve any part of the in-game character moving through a physical object, are allowed.
- Players who are caught using bugs or glitches immediately forfeit the round. If this occurs on more than 2 occasions then the match will be forfeited. If a player is caught persistently using bugs or glitches after being warned will be blacklisted.


Cheating:
- Any player caught cheating by Moss or demo will be banned from Fast Cup.
- This also includes the use of fullbright and fov (Max FOV is 80 and max fovscale is 1)
.


Abuse and Racism:
A warning or ban will be given to any player found to be abusing another team/player. Racism is strictly forbidden and will result in an instant match ban.
- 1st offence: ban on current match
- 2nd offence: blacklist.

 

Moss + Demo:
- All matches played need to be recorded and Moss files and demos should be kept until 24 hours after the date listed on the match details. Should a dispute be opened, Moss files and demos should be kept until 24 hours after the dispute is solved. Failing to follow these rules will lead to a direct forfeit loss for the team.
- Opponents have the right to request three (3) Moss files and demos from their opponents if they suspect foul play. If a Moss file is corrupted or demo is missing more than 3 rounds then a default win will be awarded to the opposing team.
- Players must request a Moss file and demo by writing the nickname of the required player(s) in the forum, not in-game. If a player has a different nickname in-game, you may request that the player uses their Gamemunity nickname or alternatively you may correspond their MAC address to their zip file.

 

Failure to comply with Moss requests will result in the following:
- 1st offence: Warn
- 2nd offence: Warn
- 3rd offence: Player will be blacklisted

 

Failure to comply with demo requests will result in the following:
- 1st offence: Warn
- 2nd offence: Warn
- 3rd offence: Player will be blacklisted

 

The following rules apply to disputes:
- Players have 24 hours to upload their Moss file and demo from the request date. Failure to upload the Moss file and demo within the time will result in the match being forfeited. All demos must be uploaded to the  major sharing site such as Mediafire or Dropbox (make sure its not speedyshare or any other with the limited download speed).
- Once the requested Moss file(s) and demo(s) have been uploaded, players will have a further 12 hours to check them all.
- If teams enter differing results, the disputing team must upload screenshots of both maps in order to confirm the result. If no screenshots are uploaded within 24 hours of the dispute, the dispute will be closed.

 

Players who aren't allowed to play:
- Blacklisted players from GamemUnity are not allowed to participate on fast cup.
- Blacklisted players from previous seasons of Fast Cup.
